and I started my weight loss journey on July 1, 2010 weighing a
whopping 410 pounds. I wore a size 5x and 32 dress size! I joined a
program with an extremely strict diet and stuck to it by the
accountability of weighing in each week. After the first month I
lost 30 pounds! So then I began exercising 4 days a week at the gym
at my college (it's free!) and I stuck to doing that for a whole 6
months! But after a while it's easy to get into a routine of
