- WHATS HOTT!! ULTIMATE BIKINI

The entire body is given a workout in Ultimate Bikini. The class includes cardio and strength training. Supersets are used to tone your body. The Superset is an excellent intensity technique not only for fat loss but for muscle building as well. Supersets are two exercises done back to back with no rest in between. It's a good idea to change your strength workout every 4-6 weeks to avoid plateaus (plateau- period during training when no observable progress is being made), and supersets offer a great way to completely change what you're doing. Finally, they are efficient- doing exercises back to back saves time.

Ultimate Bikini begins with cardio. This prepares your body for the workout ahead and it boosts fat loss and causes your body to burn more calories. Cardio also strengthens the heart and lungs, and increases endurance.

After the cardio gets us warmed up we stretch. In fact, stretching often is a good idea anyway because the stretching process still slightly tears the muscle, causing it to repair/recover stronger.

The class next focuses on strength training. With strength training, you lift weights (dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, etc.) to strengthen the muscles, bones and connective tissue. Lifting weights also gives you a metabolic spike for an hour after a workout because your body is trying hard to help your muscles recover. By lifting weights, you build lean muscle tissue which raises metabolism and reduces body fat as long as you're also watching your calorie intake.

The last part of Ultimate Bikini works abs and/or glutes.

Taking the enjoyably intense class Monday and Wednesday morning from 10:00 am to 11:00 am is an excellent addition to your fitness routine.
