We also offer Private One-on-one coaching. We will train you with your specific needs in mind. You will progress at an accelerated rate and learn customized sequences tailored to your goals. Create a performance to wow people, or use it as an exciting alternative to personal training sessions. You can also take one or two private lessons if you are trying to advance to the next level but are having difficulties with a particular sequence, or if you want to learn specifics outside of our regular courses.

    Koreyographys Hip Hop class utilizes upbeat music from various genres, in addition to the latest Hip Hop hits.This advanced hip hop class focuses on executing movements with musicality, precision, and channeling different parts of the body. and channeling the attitude of the music. Main styles are party/clubbing, popping, locking, isolations, and breaking. Be ready to sweat!

  • Cardio A-Go-Go

    Have you ever wondered where the term "go-go" came from? It comes from the phrase "go-go-go" for a high-energy person. Go-go dancers entertain crowds in clubs with their hip dance moves and high energy. This workout teaches you how to go-go dance (and burn some calories!) to a variety of music from EDM to rock. Come join us and get in shape! Cardio A Go-Go will help you increase your endurance and learn some awesome moves to take to the clubs!

  • MIAMI CLUB STYLE

    Miami CLUB STYLE ~ A hip hop class with a pole, and a pole class with Hip Hop flavor. A really fun, high energy, dance class. This class focuses on simple choreography, just like a hip hop dance class would. During the choreography portion of the class you will learn 2 or 3 Pole Tricks, Transitions and floor work. You will learn a new routine every week. You will not learn any weight bearing tricks during this class, but if you already have some you're welcome to show them off. In this class you will learn the mechanics of how tricks work and the timing... Beginners can take this class as many times as they like until they are comfortable. No experience necessary.

  • Pole Teaser

    Wanna try some Pole Dancing? The"' Pole Teaser" is the perfect way to be introduced to this addictive form of female empowerment. The "'Pole Teaser" class is a one-time introductory to experience pole before you go into our beginning pole classes. This class is designed to give you a 'taste' and tease' of the fabulous world of pole dancing! You will begin with a sexy warm-up filled with lots of hair flips and sexy winds, while toning, stretching and warming your muscles. You will learn several pole spins, twirls, slides and even a stripper shoe lesson. The "Pole Teaser" is where you will experience your first pole love, and it is definitely where the addiction begins.

  • Bombshell Burlesque

    Burlesque is a classic form of entertainment that started decades ago as a part of Vaudeville - the Heart of American Show-business. Classic Burlesque "Show Girls" were not just exotic dancers, they were household names. Yes your grandparents and possibly great grandparents probably enjoyed burlesque entertainment (boobie tassels and all) Get ready to learn the sensual art form of Burlesque! This classic form of strip tease has captivated audiences for decades, but don't worry, you don't have to bare all-unless you want to! ;) Whether you plan to find your inner vixen, shimmy your way right on stage, or show a special someone a quiver of your own, we will help you get there. Beginning with basic techniques and posturing, we will piece together a simple, beautiful routine sure to dazzle! Heels are encouraged, and later we will explore other props and costuming items iconic to burlesque.

  • Curv-A-Licious

    This pole class is for anyone who has ever said to themselves, "I'm too big to do that." Or "Once I lose some weight, I might try a pole class" Or "Are you kidding me? Have you seen the size of my butt?"
    This class will consist of a fun and sexy warm-up, following which we will work on improving our flexibility. We will be working throughout the class on strengthening our upper body and core through various basic exercises both on and off the pole. We will also spend time in each class learning some fun and easy choreography with sexy dance moves!

  • Bollywood Fitness ®

    Hop, shimmy and bounce your way to burning calories the Bollywood way! In this high-energy cardio
    class, learn the dance routines set to lively Bombay beats-just like in the Bollywood movies. Many of
    the moves come from traditional Indian folk dance called Bhangra, and with others fusing more modern,
    international dance styles like latin, bellydance, hip-hop and more. And like any Bollywood movie, you
    can't help but smile when dancing these moves!

  • Ultimate Bikini Workout

The Ultimate Bikini Body Workout is a quick way to lose weight and get sculpted and toned while improving your overall fitness.   • TWIRLY GIRLZ

    TWIRLY GIRLZ is a Beginner Pole Class but all levels welcome. This class includes an exotic dance-based warm up, introduction to Spinning Pole and around the pole floor-work exercises. This session will focus on sexy dance choreography, tricks, combinations and transitions for specifically designed for spinning pole. Each class will feature the basics of pole dance technique, including spins, climbs and visually stunning routines.

With an eclectic variety of music, Yogaerobics will take you through a 90-minute routine of freestyle stretch-yoga and aerobics to loosen you up, stretch you out, and make you sweat.     Tribal Bellydance also known as Tribal Fusion is the ooey-gooey, super sassy bellydance that everyone is talking about! Made famous in San Francisco area by such innovators as Rachel Brice and the Indigo, Tribal Fusion bellydance fuses American Tribal Style bellydance with traditional Egyptian bellydance and modern influences like hip-hop and Bollywood to create a dance form that is slinky, sensuous and fiercely feminine. In this class we learn fundamental steps and movements, drill movements for toning and fitness, and work on fun combinations and choreography. No bellydance experience? No problem! All levels welcome in this class.

  • SEXY FLOOR WORK

    Ladies, strap on your Pole stilettos, grab your leg warmers (to protect them from bruises) and get ready to rumble!!! "Sexy Floor Work" offers moves that guarantee to get you all the attention and will produce sexy lean muscles. In this class you can maneuver into different pole positions to perfect a pole routine. We show you how to move with all the flow of a real exotic dancer with shoulder stands, balance work, and different slow and sultry floor moves to perfect your routines and make them memorable. We know you have done Push Ups, but Have you ever done "Sexy Push Ups?" We have the moves that will add to your routine to make it stellar!! No experience necessary, but be ready to work!!!

  • POLE PERFECT

    This half hour class is all about pole power, pole strength and pole conditioning and toning. This is a multi level class that is not about learning pole tricks but how to use different pole toning moves to sculpt your body and help you to hold those more advanced tricks without loosing your grip. This class can be for the beginner wanting to take their body to the next level, the fitness enthusiast in search of that perfect fitness tool, or the advanced pole student who wants to hold those power moves until the end of time.

  • KAT SKILZ

    Our very own certified pole instructor, PoleKat creates a fun and exciting combination of pole tricks and floor moves to enhance every level of pole diva... Bring Your Pole Stilettos and strut your stuff CATWALK STYLE in this posture-building, pole class. This challenging and sexy class combines intense upper body and core strength, coordination, and balance to turn even the shyest performers into toned and sultry vixens. But don't think it's going to be easy, This is a serious workout! While pole dancers may seem to float seamlessly around the pole like a butterfly they're really lifting their own body weight! There isn't a muscle in your whole body that won't be engaged in this class. Must complete BEGINNER POLE to participate.

    Have you have heard the Buzz about dance and hip hop aerobics? Fierceness meets fitness when we take plain old aerobics to a whole new level... With High Heelsl! This is a high-energy dance fitness class combining dance technique with street dancing to develop coordination and rhythm while dancing to the Hottest music. Also be prepared to work up some serious sweat! Justin will give you a fun workout while dancing your cares away. Finally a chance to learn a bit of Hip Hop without too much confusing choreography. Quick warm-up then total cardio for the balance of the class.

    MMA - also known as mixed martial arts is a sport that has become a favorite in many countries. MMA combines the art of several distinct types of martial arts for fighters to utilize. MMA fighters use techniques from wrestling, judo, Muay Thai kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. In Art of the Catwalk's signature class "CATFIGHT" you will learn ground and street-fighting techniques and how to defend yourself in an attack situation.

  • SPIN IT TO WIN IT

    Spin it 2 Win it- The latest addition to our sensational line up of pole classes at Art of the Catwalk Studios. This course will help you to help perfect your spinning pole moves, and add the grace and beauty to your repertoire of pole moves. This class will give you what you will need to please a crowd or just yourself. A definite must for the pole princess in the making or the future Pole Queen.

  • BELLYDANCE

    A form of dance that originated in Arabic cultures. It is derived from a social dance that is native to the Middle Eastern culture that is performed by men and women. Today, the dance is dominated by women and is performed at social occasions that scan the spectrum. Egyptian style movements are very precise, with the hips held under the rib cage. This form of expressive dance is also extending into the exercise genre and is being taught in gyms. Belly dancing is also rumored to have descended from a religious dance once performed by Temple Priestesses.

  • Chair Dance

    Rock your workout for a rock-hard body with moves hotter than the Pussycat Dolls After this workout you'll never look at a simple kitchen chair the same way again! We'll introduce you to the art of chair, while giving you a great abdominal workout. We show you some cool moves you can do using a simple chair and before we're through you'll have learned a full routine so that at the end of the workout you'll be able to show off an unbelievably sexy chair dance. We will show you how to make better use of your furniture. Bring Your Heels Ladies!!!

  • Yoga Fusion

    This class uses a system of stretching designed to create balance in the body. Each class incorporates elements to gain strength, increase flexibility and enhance concentration. Emphasis is on bringing awareness to the body through movement, breath, and conscious relaxation. Participants are encouraged to notice where they hold stress in the body and learn techniques to reduce unwanted tension. Classes are paced at the level of each student, with a mixture of modifications and challenges offered to keep students engaged and working safely. Each session espouses mindful movement - active postures (asana) and rest (savasana). Keep in mind that anyone can start a yoga practice - this is a non-competitive activity meant to increase comfort in our bodies, ease in our movement, and calmness in our thoughts.

  • BOOTY CAMP

    Looking good is the best revenge, so Art of the Catwalk invites all members to total body training at its finest... Kick some butt in this 60 minute class that begins with a warm up stressing form and technique creatively crafted to deliver the ultimate in core results. It's the next level of training. Your muscular strength and endurance will be tested when combined with cardiovascular movement. We created this class to help women become the best they can be. Try it and you'll see a dramatic difference in your body after just 2 weeks. We promise! A total body workout that is challenging and feels like you're training one-on-one with a private trainer. Great for all levels of fitness. These sessions provide a full body workout including cardio, strength, and stretching. This hands on class will build confidence as well as strength in mind and body. Bring a pair of Athletic shoes for this class. Normal fitness clothes recommended.

    Wanna know how boxers get to be so tough? Take this class and find out! You'll be a lean, mean, sexy boxing machine after a full hour of hard-core kicking, and punching. Are you looking for a total body workout that totally kicks ASS? How about a way to increase your stamina, flexibility, and strength while listening to your favorite music? Kickboxing is also a great way to get a total body workout while learning simple self-defense moves. Fans say the sport helps them to feel more empowered and confident. A class that integrates kicks and punches into a high-intensity, low-impact cardiovascular workout. If you don't "want to dance," this is your class.
